What are the distance requirements between the chemical plant control room (cabinet room) and the substation?

As title suggests, what are the distance requirements between the chemical plant control room (cabinet room) and the substation? What are the relevant specifications?
1. According to the Petrochemical Regulations, 4.2.12, both are classified as Category I and II critical facilities, with no spacing requirements； 2. Comply with building code requirements ；

Refer to the control room design specifications for the chemical or petrochemical industry.
SH/T 3006-2012 5.5 The central control room shall not be adjacent to the substation. 6.2 The site control room should not share the same building as the substation. When it is necessary to share a building due to certain constraints, the provisions of GB 50160 shall be complied with, and shielding measures shall be taken. 7.3 The on-site cabinet room should be provided separately.
