Which pH meter is better when there are large fluctuations in the acidity or alkalinity of the material?

We are currently using an E+H pH meter. However, due to the significant fluctuations in the acidity and alkalinity of the material flowing through our pipes, and considering that the temperature remains at room level – ranging from around 2 to 13 – the pH meter often stops working. It is installed vertically on the pipes. Are there anyone else in a similar situation who could offer some advice so that we can learn from it?

How often do you replace one? We have now found a certain PH value; it has been in use in our company for over 3 months and so far there are no problems. We used Metler before

I’m not sure which model of PH electrode from E+H you are using; the CPS11D is suitable for regular military use, while models such as CPS71D and CPS171D are designed for special forces applications. E+H’s PH electrodes come in high, medium, and low tiers, covering a wide range of usage conditions

Also, what kind of strike is this – is it related to the surface structure of the electrodes? In such cases, nothing seems to work; it’s necessary to take them out and clean them
