The pressure transmitter controls two control valves; when the pressure is too high, an interlock mechanism causes one of the control valves equipped with a solenoid valve to close; Another control valve is opened to a fixed small opening degree (this control valve is an air release control valve; it is normally not open) ; Is it possible to implement high-pressure interlock functionality, and at the same time have a comparison unit within the system that checks whether the pressure value is above a certain threshold; if so, it could output a fixed value to control the opening degree of the control valve. I’m not sure if such control is feasible ; (The reason is to ensure that no significant fluctuations occur in the system when trying to achieve a state of stability, so that the system remains within an adjustable range.) If the feed valve is closed by an interlock due to high pressure inside the container, and the vent valve is opened as a result, this logic can be further optimized. If both are control valves, a proportional control system can be implemented to achieve automatic pressure regulation, thereby avoiding any disruption to production.
