Regarding the intermittent shutdown issue of 315-2dp, the diagnostic information indicates that the shutdown is caused by IO management or IO access errors. Since the diagnostic information provides a rather broad range of possible causes, I hope that experienced PLC experts will kindly offer their insights and analyze potential reasons for the shutdown, such as power supply issues, interference, faulty cards, or any other factors they are aware of. You can try clearing the card completely and reinstalling the full program!
I tried this too, but it’s already been taken care of! System voltage instability caused by external interference.
I had not used a 300PLC before, so I was not aware of its grounding specifications or the wiring diagrams for different cards. Generally, the wiring of such 300PLCs is quite flexible; there is only one external power supply, which is used to power both the field devices and the system cards and relays. As a result, when interference occurs, it causes the system voltage to drop, leading to insufficient voltage for the CPU – this is my analysis.
