I followed the instructions in the attached PPT for setup, but after connecting the wires, supplying air at 0.4 MPa, and activating the signal power supply at 4 mA, I was able to enter Hart mode. However, when I tried to go to the “online” mode, I encountered the issue shown in the image. I tried this many times; I tested various values for the signal power supply ranging from 4 to 20 mA, but it kept getting stuck on that interface and I wasn’t able to enter online mode.
