For some reason, when trying to upload a directory, it keeps showing a message stating that uploading is in progress, but nothing actually happens. I had to convert the JPG format images to PDF format in order to attach them as attachments at the next level; please forgive any inconvenience this may cause. Today it said that it needed to be re-edited, indicating that there were attachments that hadn’t been used; I clicked to use them. The attachments that were uploaded yesterday are now available, but they appear in horizontal format – the reason for this is unknown
