I. Glass rotor flowmeter: Glass rotor flowmeters are primarily used in various industries such as chemicals, petroleum, light industry, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, chemical fibers, food processing, dyes, environmental protection, and scientific research, to measure the flow rate of single-phase, non-pulsating fluids (liquids or gases). Corrosion-resistant glass rotameters are primarily used for measuring the flow rate of corrosive liquids and gases, such as strong acids, oxidizing agents, highly oxidizing acids, organic solvents, and other corrosive gases or liquid media. II. Plastic tube rotameter: The main components of the liquid plastic tube rotameter, such as the cone tube, are made of AS and ABS plastics, which confer good corrosion resistance. This type of meter also features a rational design, small size, light weight, and a cone tube that is less prone to breaking. Plastic tube rotameters can be widely used in industries such as chemicals, environmental protection, and food processing. III. Acrylic rotor flow meters: Acrylic rotor flow meters are divided into panel-type acrylic rotor flow meters and pipe-type acrylic rotor flow meters. Acrylic rotor flowmeters also feature high transparency, intuitive readings, resistance to breakage, light weight, long service life, and easy installation and connection. However, the conical glass tubes made of acrylic cannot be used with organic solvents such as trichloroethylene and dichloroethane. IV. Metal tube rotameter: Metal tube rotameters are divided into on-site pointer-type and remote transmission types. The metal float flow meter is a commonly used flow measurement instrument in industrial automation process control. It features low pressure loss, a wide measurement range (a ratio of 10:1), and ease of use. It can be used to measure the flow rate of liquids, gases, and steam, and is particularly suitable for measuring the flow rate of media with low velocities and small flow volumes. Metal float flow meters are available in both local display types and intelligent remote transmission types. They come equipped with pointer displays, instant flow and cumulative flow measurements, LCD displays, upper and lower limit alarm outputs, cumulative pulse outputs, as well as standard two-wire 4-20mA current outputs, offering users a wide range of options to choose from. Furthermore, this instrument features a high-quality MCU microprocessing system, which ensures excellent performance of the flow meter in various application scenarios.
