What flow meter is used to measure low-flow nitrogen?

The process plans to use flow meters to detect any leaks in the nitrogen sealing system (2–3 kPa), and it is also not possible to determine the normal operating flow rate. I would like to ask everyone what type of flow meter should be used to measure flow velocity.
