Honeywell’s capillary double-flange level gauge has the lower flange below the floor slab and the upper flange above it. The floor slab can only be passed through via the capillary; if you don’t want to cut the floor slab, it’s possible to avoid removing the capillary from the flange.
Capillary diaphragm differential pressure transmitters have a conductive medium, usually silicone oil, filled inside the diaphragm capsule and capillaries, and they cannot be removed. After removal, it is necessary to return to the manufacturer to refill the silicone oil and recalibrate it. In this case, it is generally necessary to make an opening in the floor slab.
Cut the floor slab; don’t bother with the capillaries

Forget about pulling out the capillary tube – the openings for equipment on this floor aren’t usually right next to the equipment itself. Can’t you just push the flange against the opening next to the equipment? If that doesn’t work, then consider drilling a new hole on that floor
