A gas station that fills liquefied petroleum gas. An air guide hose is used at the pump outlet to connect to the pressure gauge (under normal circumstances, this air guide hose connects the filling gun to the automatic scale); its purpose is to reduce vibrations, and it has been in use for many years. Now a functional department has sent experts to inspect it, and they say it cannot be used. May I ask: Is what the expert said reasonable?
It makes sense; the pump outlet is a part that experiences vibration, so it’s not appropriate to install a pressure gauge on the hose.
Maybe I didn’t explain it clearly. The pressure gauge is fixed to the wall or mounted on a separate post, and connected to the pump outlet via a hose.
The hose is typically used for filling purposes and is connected to the pump outlet; its pressure rating meets the required standards.
