Problems with the Rotork IQ35 actuator

We have a Rotork electric actuator on site, which is used to regulate the melt pressure. Today, everything turned off automatically all at once; at first I thought it was caused by an error on the part of the control staff. After checking the central control operation records, it was found that there were no misoperations. It is now suspected that the problem lies with the proportional plate inside the Rotork actuator. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Or electric heads from other brands have encountered this problem as well. Or tell me what you think the problem is. Thank you
It is recommended to contact the manufacturer directly; in most cases it is a problem with the control board, and it is difficult to repair – replacement is required
If the circuit board is damaged, replace it. We previously encountered issues caused by sunlight; the electric motors were affected by infrared and ultraviolet radiation, so we added a cover.
