Differences between Siemens touchscreens Smart60 and TP1200

For the recent models of equipment, the PLC touchscreens on them – our URS specification calls for TP1200, but the supplier has changed it to smart60. Is there anyone with expertise in this area who could shed some light on the differences between the two?
Is smart60 the model of the PLC?
1. The TP1200 belongs to Siemens’ high-end touchscreens; it has a size of 12 inches. Its data communication interfaces include PROFINET as well as MPI/PROFIBUS-DP. Private purchase price: SIMATIC HMI TP1200 Comfort, 8,000 yuan. 2. Smart60: This model is not available among Siemens touchscreens. The closest equivalent is the Smart700IE, which is the cheapest model among Siemens touchscreens. It has a 7-inch screen size, and its data communication interfaces include a 485 interface; the version with the “IE” suffix also comes with an Ethernet interface. Private purchase price: 1000 yuan.
Thank you for the science explanation. I also figured out later that the Smart60 is the model of this PLC; it was a bit confusing in the documentation, as it wasn’t specified clearly.
smart60 should be S7-200 SMART SR60 or S7-200 SMART CR60
