Anti-condensation measures: If the valve actuator remains unused in the workplace for an extended period of time, cover it with a sleeve to prevent rainwater from entering the actuator. If the operating environment is hot and humid, measures should be taken to prevent condensation from forming inside the locator. The product must be kept from condensing until it is shipped out. 3. Temperature conditions: If the valve actuator is used at temperatures outside the specified range, the sealing materials will degrade rapidly, preventing the actuator from functioning properly; therefore, it must be used within the specified temperature range. 4. Cleaning: Use a clean gas to thoroughly remove moisture and dust from the valve positioner. Carrying out protection measures in these four areas not only ensures the proper operation of valve positioners, but also extends their service life and improves their measurement accuracy.
