Lift-type check valves can be mainly divided into swing check valves (rotating around their center of gravity) and lift-type check valves (moving along their axis). A check valve in which the valve disc rotates around a pin inside the valve seat. The disc check valve has a simple structure, can only be installed in horizontal pipes, and offers good sealing performance. Depending on the operating conditions, the disc of a US standard check valve can be of all-metal construction, or it can consist of a rubber gasket or ring embedded in a disc frame. First gas source triple unit: includes an air release valve, a filter, regulators for lubrication, air, and cleaning, as well as lubrication for moving parts. Second pneumatic actuator: This actuator can be divided into single-acting and double-acting actuators; double-acting pneumatic actuator: It controls the opening and closing of the valve. Single-acting pneumatic actuator; the valve opens or closes automatically when the gas flow path is blocked or interrupted. Third silencer: A solenoid valve installed at the exhaust port to reduce noise. Fourth quick connector: One end is connected to a solenoid valve or actuator, while the other end can be directly connected to the air tube. Fifth trachea: hose, copper, stainless steel. The common specifications are 6mm-8mm. Sixth pneumatic-electric positioner: current signal (standard 4-20mA), used to adjust the size of the control valve for medium flow rate regulation. Seventh air compressor: Compressed air from the pressure generation device. Eighth device, manual operation: Manual operation is not functional under automatic control. Therefore, pneumatic valves are composed of these components, which enables students to play a role in production; thus, they provide many conveniences for the production management of enterprises in our country.
