The secondary network of Zhejiang University’s control system does not send data

A computer used for operation in the factory was moved to a different location. With the Zhejiang University centralized control system, it was found that the system could not establish a connection when only the secondary network was available; the primary network worked fine, and there was no issue with the switch. I hadn’t previously checked whether the secondary network was working properly; what could be the cause of this situation?
First, check whether the network is working. If there are no issues with other computers, it’s simple to just check the network. If none of the computers can connect, then check the switch and system hardware~
None of the computers connected to this control cabinet work; there are no issues with the cables or switches. The operator station can ping the main control card, and data can be sent over the main network, but not over the secondary network
There is a network that cannot be pinged; it’s either due to a hardware issue with that network connection or because the fiber optic cable or network cable isn’t properly connected.
Check the network card settings; the IP range for networks ABC is different
