The wiring of the thermal resistors is in good condition; it’s just that the value displayed on the PLC fluctuates significantly. The resistance value I measured using a multimeter is correct and does not fluctuate. I’m seeking advice from those with more experience – what could be the cause?
The temperature display fluctuates greatly – this could be due to wiring interference, such as interference from the cables when connected to the PLC or power supply issues. It may also reach its maximum or minimum values from time to time, which could indicate poor contact in the signal lines or problems with the quality of the thermoresistor; in such cases, it might be necessary to replace it
It is very likely that there are connectors in your cable or damage to the wiring resulting in poor grounding, causing issues with poor contact
The cable was newly laid; there are no joints, and every part of the wire has been checked. It’s in good condition – I’m not sure where the problem lies
Was it laid together with the power cable?
Adding a transmitter doesn’t cost much either; it offers interference resistance, stable signals, and is easy to troubleshoot
1. It might be a problem with the channel of the PLC; it is recommended to use another channel. 2. It may be that the grounding of the PLC is not proper; it is recommended to check this.
There’s no need to look further – it’s definitely caused by wiring it together with high-voltage circuits
For various reasons, rule them out one by one.
