Common problems in cable installation: 10. The bending radius during cable laying is too small; the cables are not arranged neatly; cable labels are not attached, or the labels are unclear. l Analysis and prevention: The bending radius of multi-core control cables with plastic or rubber insulation should not be less than 10 times their outer diameter. Cables should be laid out in a proper manner, without crossing each other; they must be arranged neatly and secured with tie straps to prevent them from coming loose. Cable labels must be attached to them, as these labels are visible and easy to use for identifying the cables. The numbers follow those on the design drawings. The labels should be correct, legible, and fade-resistant.
