Chromatography error

The chromatograph from Yokogawa in Japan used by our company is the GC1000 MARK II, which is used for measuring O2, with a measurement range of 0-1.0%. The O2 spectrum displayed the message “chromatogram data missing” before ending, but the instrument was able to perform measurements normally. Could some expert tell me what the reason is? Is it necessary to check and handle it?
