Does anyone know what RSC means under the dashboard? I’ve searched on Baidu for hours but couldn’t find any information

As shown in the figure, everything below the gauge are numbers and easy to understand, but I really don’t know what RSC means; I couldn’t find any information about it on Baidu, so I’m reaching out to everyone on this forum for help.
The process flow diagram isn’t drawn this way; the RSC location should be the instrument tag number
I think the person who drew this is an amateur; not to mention RSC, they even placed the near surface and long-range transmission in the same place……
I think RSC should refer to the fact that this instrument has recording, interlocking, and control functions. Check whether there are interlocks and accompanying control valves. But here, the unit number should be filled in officially
