Are there mass flow meters for nitrogen at 42 MPa and 200 L/min?

Dear sea friends: Is there a mass flow meter with a working pressure of 42 MPa, using nitrogen, and a maximum flow rate of 200 L/min? Either thermal or Coriolis is fine. Please give some recommendations, thank you!
Is 200 L/min the flow rate under operating conditions or under standard conditions?
This pressure rating is quite high; generally, thermal types are used for measuring gases. I’ll consult the manufacturer to see if it’s possible to create a device capable of handling such high pressures.
With such high operating pressures, it is recommended to choose a Coriolis mass flow meter. All other flowmeters have certain limitations and are unable to make such measurements.
