Recently, several sets of interlocks were added; the pump shuts down when the liquid level falls below a certain threshold, and on-site personnel conducted simulation tests. It works fine in the lower configuration; the simulation of the upper level sensor is enabled, and the pump operates below the lower limit value. Although the interlock conditions indicate that interlocking is active, it’s still possible to start the pump. I’m confident that there’s nothing wrong with my configuration. I’m seeking advice from experts – I think the problem lies with the simulation. Thank you!
Hello, regarding your question, the following points should be considered: 1. First, verify that the digital input terminals are working properly; if it is confirmed that there is no issue with the input terminals, then it must be a problem with the program. 2. Regarding the interlocking configuration, you may need to review it again to check for any omissions or errors. 3. Check whether there are any other related interlock conditions that affect the operation of this interlock; in other words, is the low liquid level the only interlock condition, or are there other conditions that have an impact as well. 4. You can try restarting the device; sometimes a restart can resolve such issues. 5. If none of the above solutions work, it may be necessary to contact Zhejiang University Zhongkong’s customer support for a detailed diagnosis and resolution of the issue. These are just basic methods of judgment and analysis; specific actions and judgments need to be made based on the actual circumstances. I hope this can be helpful to you. .
I’ll show you a screenshot of the program

"When the liquid level reaches the low limit, the pump is shut down and cannot be started......... Is FBD or LD used for configuration? Only by having a clear view of the situation and taking screenshots of all related configurations can we assist with the troubleshooting.
