The E+H FMP54 guided wave radar gives inaccurate readings

There is a sealed metal tank, and a rope-type guided wave radar is used to measure the liquid level. There is still a perceived liquid level even when the tank is empty. When selecting \"empty tank\" for suppression, an echo loss message is displayed immediately; the suppression setting can only be removed. I don’t know what to do in this situation
Have the parameters been set? Measure the length of the guided wave cable and enter it in the table header
It has been checked – it’s pre-set at the time of manufacture!
For those with guided wave ropes, on-site measurements are required to set the height parameter, which will ensure greater accuracy. But it has little impact on the issue you mentioned; ask the manufacturer about this issue – it’s probably a problem with the parameter settings.
I hadn’t noticed this; it should be a steel wire rope. In the sealed container, the transmitter’s nameplate indicates a length of 25M, and I also checked the parameters – the length is indeed 25M
