E+H mass flow meter reports current output stack #339

At the site, an E+H mass flow meter is reporting issues with current output in stack #339; there are significant fluctuations in the output. What’s causing this???
Is the medium being measured not at low temperatures? Or has a coherent flow been formed? ……Judge the possible reasons based on the instructions in its manual
The atmospheric-temperature condensate oil is currently in a state of no fluid flow. This issue occurred at the beginning of operation, but then things returned to normal. With intermittent feeding, this problem arises again when there is no fluid flow, and the values fluctuate below zero
