The company has a Fisher 6200 locator that, during the calibration process, took about 20 minutes to be configured using a 475 controller. Once it was set to online mode, it could no longer be adjusted and could only operate within the 0-1% range: 0 meaning full shutdown, and 1% meaning full operation. It’s not clear where the error lies; it worked perfectly before!

Have any changes been made to the gas circuit? You’ve provided quite little information, so it’s difficult to determine exactly what the problem is. From your statement that \"it took over 20 minutes for debugging…\", it can be inferred that there might be an issue with the gas circuit. When the gas circuit is properly configured, the debugging time will only be long if the cylinder volume is particularly large
To put it in more detail, otherwise it’s really hard to judge.

The fault phenomenon is similar to that that occurs after manually initializing a Siemens positioner, where the start and end points are set to 0-1% (in fact, such a setting on a Siemens positioner results in an error, as the interval is too small). You can try reinitializing it once. Sorry, I missed that 0% means everything off and 1% means everything on :(; this phenomenon cannot be explained
I thought of a possibility: similar to the \"tight close\" parameter setting in Siemens positioners, if this value is set incorrectly, entering \"1\" will trigger full-open operation
It’s likely there was a problem even before debugging; it’s only running this slowly because the self-check failed – it’s probably not a setting issue.
Try it with the power off; it’s best to recalibrate after turning off the power.
Go to the configuration settings and find the valve control mode to determine whether it is analog control or digital control
