We have a weighing module here; when the weight is below 8 tons, the error is within 0.3 percent. However, when the weight exceeds 8 tons, the error increases as the weight rises, reaching up to 20 percent in some cases. How can this problem be solved?

Before 8t, there is basically no error; after 8t, the error gradually increases, reaching its maximum at the full scale of 12t
1. Was this container calibrated using theoretical methods? Theoretical calibration can involve a certain degree of error, and problems of this kind occur when proper calibration is not carried out; 2. If calibration is not performed using theoretical methods, an equal amount of water or weights is used; the amount of water used for calibration is limited, and accuracy is only good near the calibration point. At larger ranges, the linearity deteriorates (some instruments have a low threshold for calibration, allowing calibration even at levels below 20%) ; 3. If neither of the above issues exists, check whether there are any foreign objects stuck in the weighing sensor, which may result in very minimal deformation of the sensor ; 4.
