How to fix the issue where the gauge keeps showing a negative value after replacing the torque tube on the Fisher float?

After replacing the torque tube on the Fisher float DLC3000, the gauge keeps showing negative values. The zero point has been set, and the higher the amount of water filled in, the more negative the reading becomes. It should show positive values normally. I’ve tried different installation methods as well as reversing the direction of operation, but it still shows negative values. I’m not sure how you guys handle this situation
I haven’t encountered it. Is the table header faulty?
I’ve never changed it myself; I used a FOX header, and the torque tube broke, so it had to be sent back to the factory for repair
The greater the negative value, the more water there is, which indicates that there is definitely an issue with the torque tube output settings. The circuit board conversion is fine; if the calculations are correct, the range can be set in reverse. Still, it’s better to set it correctly as usual
The wiring connected to the torque tube sensor of yours is reversed. It outputs a voltage signal, and if the wiring is reversed, the value will always be negative; the higher the liquid level, the more negative the value becomes, which matches what you described
The issue has been resolved. Reset to factory settings, then reconfigure and calibrate
