What are the differences between metal and ceramic diaphragm materials for pressure gauges?
Personally, I think ceramic materials should be more expensive, and their strength is not as good as that of metals; however, they are resistant to corrosion, so they are a suitable choice for corrosive environments.
If corrosion resistance is required, as long as it’s not under negative pressure or at high temperatures, a fluorine-lined version can be chosen
