The existing steam flow transmitter was damaged for some reason. I installed an EJA110E differential pressure transmitter, but the display shows nothing. The voltage between the wires measures 22.8V. May I ask, experts, what could be causing this? The EJA transmitter functions normally when powered separately by a DC24V power supply. ? ? ?
Check to see if there’s any damaged insulation, short circuits, or grounding issues in the wiring; a new meter shouldn’t break so easily

Measure the output current at the header
First question: Was the flow meter you used before also a differential pressure flow meter? If so, consider the possibility that the positive and negative terminals of the power supply are reversed. If the wiring is correct, connect a 24V switching power supply directly to the transmitter to see if there is any display. If there is a display, it indicates that there is a problem with the power supply of the original system, which needs to be checked. If it doesn’t show up either, then there is a problem with the transmitter you brought.
