How to calibrate a radar level gauge

A radar level gauge from Shanghai Miandi is being used; it is not giving accurate readings. The range is 0-5 meters, and the actual liquid level is 3 meters, but the gauge only shows 2 meters. How can this be adjusted? Thank you
