I would like to ask the experts here: In a pelletizing machine’s PLC system that communicates with the DCS, two parameters were removed some time ago. Why does the DCS show a circulating water temperature within the range of 0–100°C as 3250°C, while the DCS shows the temperature of the material within the range of 0–500°C as 32.8°C?
32767 is 2 to the power of 15 minus one; it was then divided by 10. The communication type settings and address bits were checked. (Formatting, real numbers, sign presence) – this depends on the specific communication protocol. The address bit might be wrong.
It was working normally before; this issue only appeared after removing these two signal wires
Try to restore those two pieces of data without capturing the image. Normally, such a request shouldn’t appear.
