Do FRC and FIC both display flow rate? Is there any difference between the two? Do the flow rate values obtained for the same substance at the same location show the same value? Thank you
“R” stands for recording, “I” stands for indicating, and “C” stands for controlling. The record can display the current value and allow access to previous values, while the indicator shows only the current value without the capability to view past values. Records can form trend curves, indicating that no trend curve can be formed. Since DCS is commonly used for control, and the controllers in DCS have a trend recording function, when DCS is employed for control, even values marked as FIC can be retrieved using the trend recording function.
