For natural gas turbine flow meters, the flow, temperature, and pressure data were showing normal values some time ago. Recently, however, a problem has arisen: data is displayed on the meter’s own gauge, but no flow, temperature, or pressure data appears on the HMI screen. What could be the cause of this?
It could be a communication issue or a problem with the HMI screen settings. Check whether the communication line and connection from the flow meter to the HMI are functioning properly, as well as whether there are any errors in the configuration settings of the HMI screen. .
Is there still power? It seems to be turned off. . . The common issue is loose connections in the wires
It’s a flow meter with a battery; the meter itself has data on flow rate, temperature, and pressure, but these values are not displayed on the remote HMI screen.
Thank you, it’s fixed now; it was due to issues with the parameter settings of the flow meter’s display.
