The reactor needs to be equipped with a high liquid level alarm. But no suitable top-mounted level gauge is available. Both radar level gauges and ultrasonic level gauges require a pipe connection ; It seems that capacitive level gauges also require a pipe connection; it’s possible to create a small branch from one of the feed pipes in order to run a wire outside. I’m not sure whether there are any capacitive level gauges that use a capacitive rod suspended below. If the reactor does not have spare nozzles available, then these level gauges cannot be installed. I’m wondering now whether there is a level alarm element that can generate an alarm signal simply by being in contact with such a liquid For example, by utilizing the principle of electrical conduction in solutions, when in contact with the liquid surface, the two metal plates establish an electrical connection, thereby generating an alarm signal ; Or other principles that can generate electrical signals when in contact with the liquid surface. A level alarm element that can transmit information using only a single wire. In this way, a small branch pipe can be created from one of the feed pipes to lead a wire outside, with a small detection element hanging underneath. It is only necessary to implement the function for high liquid level alarm; there is no need to measure the exact liquid level value.

Based on your description and requirements, just pick any such float switch; the material can also be changed to metal. But the reactor doesn’t do that; does one have to feed the cables in directly? The risk is a bit high, and it’s also not compliant
A hydrostatic type will do; the probe can be inserted directly into the pool, without needing any openings

The reaction vessel should have ports for venting or introducing gases; create an opening, insert a tube into it, and weld it in place. In this way, if the liquid level rises and overflows the pipe opening, a differential pressure gauge with a slight pressure difference is connected to the other end; the other end of this gauge is in communication with the space above the reaction vessel. When the liquid overflows the pipe opening, the air inside the pipe is compressed, causing the pressure to rise. Then you can tell that the liquid level has reached the top.
