Give praise and support to the achievements made in China’s chemical engineering technology and equipment; your participation in discussions is the greatest encouragement. **********************【Ten Years of Progress in Chemical Engineering Equipment】Regular updates and summaries are available – feel free to join the discussions at https://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-3576046-1-1.html (Source: Haichuan Chemical Engineering Forum) ***************** As of December 24, 2024, with 8 collection and transmission stations, including the Jianghe Joint Station, Anpeng Oil Transfer Station, and Xiameimen Joint Station, being connected to Henan Oilfield’s intelligent alarm management system, the field has achieved full coverage of intelligent alarm management for 16,000 alarm points across 11 large-scale collection and transmission stations, including those belonging to Oil Production Plant No. 1, Oil Production Plant No. 2, and the Xinjiang Oil Production Plant.   This year, the Henan Oilfield has intensified reforms in the teams and stations under direct factory management, streamlined the management processes of oil production units, optimized the personnel in charge of these teams and stations at the grassroots level, and achieved direct management of them by the oil production plant. The new management model imposes new requirements on the intelligentization of production.   The intelligent alarm management and control platform for automatic control systems enables real-time collection, processing, and analysis of alarm information from the automatic control systems in gathering and transportation stations. It allows for the categorized and prioritized delivery of such alarm information, as well as its unified management; it also supports online updates to alarm information and SMS notifications. This results in clear data statistics and analysis outcomes, along with a complete closed-loop management system, thereby reducing unnecessary, inefficient, or repetitive alarms.   To adapt to the new production model, Henan Oilfield has increased the use of this platform based on the operational conditions of its oil production units; all 11 large-scale collection and transportation stations have been connected to this platform, thereby enhancing the level of intelligence and informatization in production. This approach supports the reform of directly managed stations by the factory and helps to improve production efficiency continuously.   After 16,000 alarm points from 11 large-scale gathering and transportation stations were connected to the intelligent alarm management platform of the automatic control system, 20 paper-based alarm records were replaced, 11 offline approval processes were eliminated, the rate of invalid, inefficient, and repetitive alarms was reduced by 90%, the efficiency of handling production emergencies improved by 80%, and production efficiency increased by 5%.
