The OTS digital twin project for Quanzhou Petrochemical’s acrylonitrile plant was put into operation. Recently, the digital twin project for the OTS (Operator Training Simulation System) of Quanzhou Petrochemical’s 260,000 tons per year acrylonitrile production facility was completed and brought into use. By creating a full-scale simulation model that covers the entire production process, this project reproduces the operating conditions of the acrylonitrile complex with high accuracy. By incorporating various automated control systems such as DCS (Distributed Control System) and SIS (Safety Instrumented System), it enables real-time dynamic updates and optimization of the plant’s operating conditions, thereby further enhancing the level of intelligence in the plant’s operations. Furthermore, by simulating actual operational scenarios such as start-up and shutdown control, load adjustment, and handling of abnormal conditions in the acrylonitrile complex, this project provides support for employee training, skill assessment, and optimization of plant process control. It helps to improve the skill levels of production operators, thereby laying a solid foundation for the smooth commissioning and operation of the acrylonitrile complex.
