1. Siemens: To establish a new global data center hub. Recently, Siemens announced that it will set up a new data center technology hub in Spain, as well as form a support team to serve the markets in Spain and Portugal. This hub will also be integrated into its global network of capability centers, enabling collaboration with locations such as the Netherlands, the United States, and India. 2. ABB: Completed the full acquisition of Bel Products Inc. Recently, the global leader in electrical automation, ABB, held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new robotics park in the Finnslätten area of Västerås, Sweden. The park is located on Fredholmsgatan in the Finnslätten area of Westeros, adjacent to Österleden Avenue. Its construction area is approximately 70,000 square meters, with a total investment of 280 million US dollars. 3. Schneider Electric: Signs cooperation agreement with Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology. Recently, Schneider Electric entered into a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology to jointly establish a global apprenticeship training center and a curriculum development center. Focusing on areas such as intelligent manufacturing, industrial digitalization, and green sustainability, the parties aim to develop cutting-edge curriculum resources, build an international team of \"dual-qualified\" teachers, and explore new models for Sino-foreign cooperative education. The two parties will foster \"new-type talents\" equipped with digital skills and a commitment to sustainability through deep integration of industry and education, thereby enabling efficient transformation of the industries. 4. Honeywell: Reconciliation with DSM-Firmenich Recently, Honeywell and DSM-Firmenich issued statements together, announcing that they had reached a settlement regarding the dispute over DSM-Firmenich’s U.S. patent No. 10,280,532 and Honeywell’s Spectra® MG BIO Blue fiber; however, the terms of the agreement have not been made public yet. Honeywell stated that the issue has been resolved amicably, and emphasized that it will continue to supply Spectra®MG BIO Blue fiber worldwide.
5. Yaskawa Electric: Launches the largest expansion plan in the Americas to date. Recently, Yaskawa Electric plans to invest around $180 million to build a new factory in Franklin, Wisconsin, featuring industrial robots and motors among other products. It intends to relocate the manufacturing functions of its U.S. headquarters in Illinois as well as some of its existing facilities in Wisconsin to this new site. Yaskawa Electric exports its industrial robots for the U.S. market primarily from Japan, and the establishment of this new facility will enable the company to produce locally in the United States for the first time.
6. Success through in-depth analysis: The \"2025 China Low-Voltage Electrical Apparatus White Paper\" was released. Data shows that in 2024, the market landscape for low-voltage electrical apparatus in China featured a clear hierarchical structure, with further increases in industry concentration.
