There are several control valves with diameters of DN300 and DN150 in the company that are used to regulate the heat medium; the rest are functioning normally. However, there has been a slight leakage at the junction where the valve seat meets the insulation sleeve for several years now. When contacted, the manufacturer stated that these valves are no longer produced and that no spare parts are available, so they cannot provide repair services. Replacing it with a new valve is too expensive. I’d like to ask the forum members: are there any companies that specialize in maintenance services? You also didn’t mention which factory you’re from; the ones we use now are Wuxi Smart, Haiji, and Tianzhiyi. All three of these companies are involved in the inspection and maintenance of valves.

The manufacturer won’t fix it, so what good is having someone else try to fix it? Fixing the butt – complete nonsense. Should we replace the seal? Then why don’t you guys go ahead and do the measurement, mold making, and customization yourselves? ! To be honest, when a valve breaks, it takes longer for the manufacturer to repair it than to produce a new one. Disassembling and adjusting it is quite troublesome, and the repair cost isn’t cheap either. In some cases, the repaired valve can still work for a long time. The biggest concern is that the valve might fail again soon after being repaired. It’s advisable to calculate the costs – find out how much more expensive repair is compared to buying a new one – and also consider whether the disruption in production caused by the lack of a valve is worth the cost of repairing it
