Regarding the use of accumulations in the CS3000 system

I would like to ask the fellow sailors here: our factory has a CS3000 system in use, and several of the cumulative values on this system keep resetting automatically. Generally, they return to 0 once they reach 9999999, which is quite strange! I tried to redo the PVI configuration, but the same issue occurred. How can this problem be resolved?
Check if there is a program for automatic reset; usually it’s specified within the CALCU section

I checked the lower-level configuration and found that the CALCU block wasn’t used. I tried it again today, but the maximum value reached was only 99999; I’m not sure if this is caused by an inappropriate setting of the engineering units!
