1. Clause 5.7.1.2 Account Management of GB/T 33009.2-2016 \"Network Security for Industrial Automation and Control Systems – Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Part 2: Management Requirements\" This requirement includes, but is not limited to: a) A DCS account management process and policy should be established; account levels should be defined based on various security requirements, and the procedures for using DCS accounts should be standardized； The DCS account management processes and strategies are also reviewed regularly; if any shortcomings or defects are identified, these management processes need to be revised ； b) Accounts should be classified in accordance with the DCS security authorization policy, and corresponding access rights should be assigned; there should also be the capability for unified account management ； c) It shall be ensured that all authorizations, changes, and terminations of accounts are carried out through the appropriate authorization management process ； d) Record the access accounts for all DCS operation nodes, including the user, the device being accessed, permissions, and the administrator, etc ； e) Secure account management should be implemented for the process communication between DCS operation nodes such as operator stations and engineer stations, and control stations/controllers ；

The connections between the grounding wires, grounding branch lines, grounding main lines, main grounding conductors, as well as grounding busbars and grounding collection plates should be made using copper terminals and galvanized steel bolts, along with anti-loosening and anti-slipping devices, to ensure a firm and reliable connection.

6. Article 4.2.9 of the \"Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Systems in Electrical Installation Projects\" (GB 50169-2016) stipulates that the grounding of electrical installations must be connected separately to the grounding busbar or grounding grid; it is strictly prohibited to connect two or more electrical installations that require grounding in series through a single grounding wire.
7. Article 10.3.6.12 of the \"Specifications for the Selection and Design of Automation Instruments in the Petrochemical Industry\" (SH/T 3005-2016): The manual and automatic positions of the handwheel must be clearly marked, and the automatic position shall be equipped with a locking mechanism.
8. According to Article 4.2.1.4 of the \"Code for Construction and Acceptance of Electrical Installations in Explosive and Fire-Hazardous Environments\" (GB 50257-2014), the fastening bolts at the flameproof joints must be complete, and anti-loosening devices such as spring washers must be present in good condition.
9. Article 7.4.8 of the \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automatic Instrumentation Projects\" (GB 50093-2013): Flexible pipes should be used to connect cable conduits to sensing elements or field instruments, and waterproof bends should be provided. When connecting to field instrument boxes, junction boxes, wiring boxes, etc., it must be sealed and firmly fixed.
10. It is not explosion-proof to insert two wires into one inlet hole of the explosion-proof wiring box for analytical instruments. According to Article 10.1.3 of the \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automated Instrumentation Projects\" (GB 50093-2013), when introducing cables for explosion-proof instruments and electrical equipment, explosion-proof sealing rings or sealing fillers should be used for sealing; one hole in the elastic sealing ring should be used to seal one cable.
11. Article 12.1.5 of the \"Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Petrochemical Instrumentation Projects\" (SH/T 3551-2013): Before the gas supply enters the instrumentation, a filtering and pressure-reducing device should be installed, and it should be mounted vertically.
