No matter how I try to clean it, it still doesn’t work… I’m asking for some expert advice.
What’s there to clean? Just replace it with a new one. That way, those who make solenoid valves can also make a living: lol
We’re replacing it too; you can’t repair it inside
I once tried to disassemble and clean it, but it didn’t work. It’s just a device worth about a hundred yuan, so I’ll just buy a new one
Can’t you give my brother something to eat as well? Can’t you let him live a more comfortable life? Stop always giving him difficult tasks that force him to eat leftovers. . . What about buying pressure and such? Why can’t you guys remember me? 18 years ago, people were already able to manufacture pressure gauges with an accuracy of 0.01 level; an accuracy of 0.075 is nothing at all. I could do that even with just my two little thumbs and with my eyes closed. Back then, when it came to pressure regulators made by Siemens, ABB, and similar companies, those products weren’t even worth mentioning. {:2_45:}
For devices mounted on solenoid valve frames like this, they’re not made with high-quality materials; leaks are normal. If it doesn’t work, identify which one is the problem, remove it and replace it. Then break open the old one and you’ll know where the issue lies. It’s really not expensive at all.
It might be due to the seal; it’s not a suitable match, so its lifespan is short
What needs to be clarified is exactly what the situation is
When the air circuit converter gets stuck, cleaning it with oil can work sometimes, but not in most cases; therefore, a filter, pressure regulator, and oil reservoir should be installed before the solenoid valve
An item worth a hundred or so yuan isn’t worth fixing anymore; it’s likely that the seal on the solenoid valve stem has worn out, preventing the air path from staying sealed
