How to set the parameters of a radar level gauge correctly?

For a container like this, how should the radar range be set? Should the range of the dead zone be included? For example, if I set the range to 0~7500mm, what should the dead zone be set to? Does the dead zone have an impact on the range? Please let me know
Radar level gauge: height 7300 mm; the maximum range setting is less than 7000 mm, and the blind zone is typically set at 500 mm
