I found that several torch pipelines have ammonia crystals due to this; Pipe blockage ; Finally, collapse of the torch pipeline or a flash explosion occurs. . . . . . May I ask how one can take precautions? . . . . .
Ammonia crystals generally originate from the emission of acidic gases, such as those from ammonia stripping towers and the vent gas from vaporization. A dedicated acid gas flare should be installed for acid gas, and it should not be shared with an emergency flare or a startup flare.

With heat tracing for insulation, there’s no need for this as long as the gas temperature in the pipeline remains above 70°C.
How can there be ammonia in your acidic gas pipeline? Was there a small amount of ammonia present from the beginning during emission, or was it added later? Based on my experience, the possibility of ammonia crystallization occurring in acidic gases is relatively low, while the likelihood of crystallization in ammonia pipelines is higher

Well, yes, generally this ratio is around 1%; crystallization tends to occur when the flow rate is low
Acidic water stripping increases ammonia extraction from the side stream, or heat tracing is added to the acidic gas pipeline
