Medium-temperature asphalt has a higher volatility, and its softening point is always 3 to 4 degrees higher than that of other brands. What should be done?
Find a way at the tar distillation stage. Lift column outlet temperature, steam is supplied at the tower bottom for stripping.
The furnace exit temperature is over 400 degrees; the amount of superheated steam supplied is quite significant
