As the title suggests, what harm does uneven radial heating of the water wall used in moving-bed gasification (without slag layer protection) cause to the water wall? How to deal with it?
There are two types of water wall: film-type and coiled-type; the effects of these two types must be different.
What are the respective impacts? Which form of comparison is more suitable?
As far as I know regarding spacecraft-related systems and Jinhua furnaces, in spacecraft applications it is a water-cooled wall coil, with water being forced to circulate through pumps, whereas Jinhua furnaces use natural circulation; I haven’t considered situations exactly like the one you described in detail yet
