Previously, our company had multiple holes at the top; pipes were used to deliver water inward via fire hoses, and the water was then discharged into the waste area through hoses connected at the bottom. This results in widespread pollution, as well as a thick layer of silt accumulating at the bottom of the sedimentation tank.
Have you tried lifting it with a stirrer and then manually forcing sludge removal, layer by layer, downward?
It is recommended to leave a larger margin in the motor specification for the agitator in the sedimentation tank; in principle, the agitator should not stop operating! ! The design of the conical bottom in the sedimentation tank must be reasonable! It is best to design the sedimentation tank with one in use and one as a backup! ! !
The key is that the sludge scraper must not stop, and pay attention to whether the pipelines at the bottom of the tank are blocked. The filter is not enabled, whether it is a plate and frame type or one that operates under pressure; this may be due to a mismatch between the equipment’s processing capacity and the operating conditions. In other words, the amount of ash generated is higher than the designed level; it is necessary to check the type of coal to determine whether its ash content exceeds that of the coal specified in the design. Place it directly on the ground, let it dry, and then move it using a forklift. It’s troublesome; the workload is high, and there’s an unpleasant odor.
It’s just that the sludge scraper has stopped working. Some companies use high-pressure water backwashing at the bottom of the sedimentation tank, or bubble nitrogen at medium, low, and high pressures. It serves a mixing function, preventing the bottom from hardening and becoming clogged. This prevents the sludge from being discharged outside
The main motor is broken or the hoist is broken; that’s the situation. Force manual switch? What about the torque level? It’s not feasible!
The filter should also have a backup unit! ! I have to turn it on! !
