Even though it’s labeled as 65MN, the quality varies depending on whether it was produced by large steel mills or smaller ones, and the compression ratio does not meet the required standards. Another issue is that the heat treatment processes used in production are not professional; the bars produced by small factories are cheaper, and there’s a reason for that lower price.
