In the ammonium sulfate production section of our company, the mother liquor turns black periodically, and a layer of black foam forms on the surface of the flow tanks and crystallization tanks. Suspected to be free carbon; seeking expert advice! ! !
How long has it been since acidic tar was recovered? Or the effects of the pre-cooler and electrostatic capture are not good enough
The acidity of the mother liquor must be controlled, with temperature kept stable and not fluctuating (without adding acid in large amounts), and acid tar should be removed regularly.
