Question: In Texaco’s water-coal slurry gasification technology, there is a certain concentration of flocculant in the gasification ash water. When performing calculations, which equipment or flow rates related to the system’s circulating water volume need to be taken into account as a basis for the calculations? Is there also the circulating water volume counted for the dispersant?
Why isn’t anyone answering? I’ve read some information stating that this circulation volume refers to the amount of water in the overflow from the sedimentation tank; is that correct?
That’s right; by adding it there, you select the black water flow rate for entering that device
Is the amount of dispersant added also determined by the flow rate of the graywater pipeline during chemical dosing?
