Oxygen content in coke oven flue gas and oxygen content in chimneys

The oxygen content in the smoke channels of our coke ovens ranges from 3% to 5%, whereas it is between 10% and 11% at the monitoring points on the chimneys. Why is there such a large difference in the oxygen content for the same flue gas?
3-5% is on the low side; I’m not sure if there’s an error with the measuring equipment
Please check whether there are any leaks at the connections and openings between the two detection points, such as at the baffles, the flanges of the flexible connections, and the cleaning holes beneath the chimney.
At least prove that some air is entering, by observing where the air comes from and where it goes.
