Our company uses a non-catalytic partial oxidation process for gas production; the pH value of the wastewater generated is 7.5. To raise this pH value to 11, a large amount of alkali is required, which is about 100 times more than what is calculated theoretically. The composition of the gas is as follows: CO: 35%； Hydrogen: 60% ； 4% carbon dioxide – I would appreciate guidance from those who are more experienced.

Pure oxygen and natural gas are directly burned through a burner to produce gas; after that, the gas is cooled in a waste heat exchanger, and the gas washed in a water scrubber contains the components mentioned above
